Ken’s favorite part of the job is helping people get into a car they may not have thought they could get approved for. He takes pride in being the person who can say “yes” when others may have told a customer “no.” With years of finance experience and a Level 2 AFIP certification, Ken works hard to find real solutions and make the process as smooth as possible.

Mike Workley is the Service Manager at All Access Automotive and brings 23 years of automotive experience to the team. With over 2 years at All Access, Mike helps oversee the service department by scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, selling service work, and making sure repair orders are handled properly from start to finish.

Mike’s favorite part of the job is the environment and the people he gets to work with every day. He takes pride in helping customers get their vehicles fixed and back on the road, while also making sure they understand what is going on with their car.

Eli is an Automotive Technician at All Access Automotive and brings strong hands-on experience to the service department. A graduate of Rosedale Technical College, Eli has experience as a former Hyundai Master Technician and is ASE certified.

Eli takes pride in diagnosing and repairing vehicles the right way. His strongest quality is fixing the customer’s concern correctly the first time, and his goal with every customer is to get the vehicle repaired quickly, accurately, and properly.

His favorite part of the job is working on vehicles and helping people get back on the road. Eli especially enjoys working on Chevys, but he is comfortable around all types of vehicles and enjoys the challenge that comes with automotive repair.

Customers who have their vehicle serviced by Eli can feel confident knowing he approaches each job with attention to detail, experience, and a focus on doing the work right. His training, knowledge, and dedication make him a valuable part of the All Access Automotive service team.

Outside of work, Eli enjoys working on cars. He owns three vehicles, is currently working on a V8-swapped S10, enjoys both coffee and energy drinks, likes trips to the beach, and is all-around a true car guy.

Chris Ingram is part of the Body Shop team at All Access Automotive and brings 30 years of automotive experience with him. With 2 years at All Access, Chris focuses on paint work, refinishing, blending, and helping make vehicles look their best again.

Chris takes pride in the quality of his paint and refinish work. His goal is to make sure each vehicle is repaired properly, looks sharp, and meets the customer’s expectations when the job is finished.

With years of experience in the body shop, Chris brings valuable knowledge to the team, including metal work and working with different types of materials. He believes attention to detail is one of the most important parts of the job, especially when it comes to paint matching, blending, and final appearance.
