I have made my first car purchase from a dealership recently, All Access Automobiles. I was in a bit of a desperate situation, due to financial limitations and necessity to have a car seeing as I’m a single mother to three kids, all in school and extra curricular activities and the only person providing transportation to all these things. I went to All Access, never purchasing or financing a vehicle from a dealership before so to make it clear, had to know idea what I was doing. Also, know nothing about cars or anyone to guide me on what I should be looking for or asking about. I ended up financing a SUV, which my family and I love. It’s a larger car which is important for us, safe if we were in an accident, and very comfortable. A day or two after purchasing the car the car, the check engine light came on. I was so stressed over this, so I called the salesman who sold me the car, who was very unproductive in giving me any guidance as to a solution or next step. I was super disappointed in this individual in every way possible looking back at my experience, and I truly hope he is able to take the problems he caused me as a learning experience and care more about his customers and people in general. But I do not think that is the important part of this review, because the owner is who made the biggest impact on my experience. I chose to have the $600 in repairs done somewhere else due to my negative dialogue with this man when I called him regarding this problem. Unaware my warranty had a deductible and only covered 3 out of 4 of the codes causing the check engine light to be on, I had to pay almost $600 out of pocket, and I am not in a financial position to do so. At that point, I was beyond stress, I have increased all my expenses; car insurance, my monthly car payment, and then all the things my children need with halloween coming up and life in general. I am beyond grateful for how All Access handled it when I went through other employees aside from this salesman. I called the store, asked for the manager, walked through this situation with him and he was very professional. He was apologetic for my inconvenience, and let me know he was going to talk with him team and get back to me. The same day I received a call from the owner of All Access Automobiles. He listened to my perspective of what happened, was understanding of my reasonings to take the car to another dealership for repairs and generously offered me full reimbursement of the $600 repair costs. Not only that, but he apologized for his salesman conduct with me, and offered me some simple information on maintaining the car that I would not have been aware of if he did not do so. He also encouraged me to return to his dealership for things like oil changes, maintenance and any future problems that occur. I do not feel it is important to use the salesman's name because I am hoping he uses this as a learning experience and is more considerate of future customers' circumstances and the impact his role plays into it. What I think is so important is that the owner took it upon himself to call me and find out what had happened and make it a priority to make sure I did not have to take on these repair expenses myself. He was surprised the vehicle had any issues that would cause the check engine light to go on so soon after leaving the dealership, took that very seriously, and made sure he held his business accountable to resolve the situation. Any business who has an owner who is going to do that for a customer is one I would trust, encourage others to feel safe doing business at and in the future I do plan on returning for car maintenance. The owners values and business culture was impressive and I will say without his professional interaction with me regarding this problem and clear desire to resolve it I would be in a huge financial bind right now. I wish I had more time to provide more detail, he handled this situation but I do not. The owner, Brian is respectable and showed great personal character, which I think is beyond important for an owner of a business.

As a first time car buyer, I have been unable to be approved for anything before coming here. I was able to get a reliable car I actually wanted, and the entire team worked with me and my mom to ensuring I walked out with a vehicle. Matt was super awesome to work with, I highly recommend!

Went here on 8/6/25 and spoke with Jim, who was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were so friendly, not pushy and very honest! They got us in and we were able to get everything done in just a few hours. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

The easiest car buying experience I have had since Covid. Matt and the entire team were great. They were able to get me approved when no one else would on something I actually wanted. I was able to do everything over the phone and spent maybe less than an hour and a half total in the dealer between the test drive and taking delivery. Will definitely give them my business again! There was no pressure to buy and I never felt ignored. This place is what big name dealers should strive to be.
